We believe that every candidate deserves our utmost attention and respect. That's why our recruitment team takes immense pride in meticulously reviewing each application that comes our way. Behind every screen is a dedicated human being committed to ensuring a fair and thorough process.

Recruitment Process

1.

Screening Call

After reviewing applicants’ resumes, the recruiter will contact short-listed candidates to schedule an initial video call. During this call, the recruiter will dig deeper into your skills and experience to assess your fit with the role.

2.

First Interview

Once you successfully pass the initial screening call, the recruiter will schedule you for an in-person interview with the direct hiring manager. During this interview, the manager will ask you more role-based questions, explain our company culture and history, and answer any questions you may have.

3.

Assignment

Certain roles will require the completion of either a case-study or assignment, which will consist of a series of questions catered to the role. They are designed to give you a direct idea of what your day to day in the role will be like, using current projects as examples.

4.

Second Interview

If you’ve made it to this stage, congratulations! For certain roles, you will be invited for a final interview with a member from Senior Leadership to get better acquainted with the role and company.

5.

Offer

If all goes well after the second interview, the recruiter will give you a call as soon as possible to present you with an offer - the best part of the day! Should you not be selected for the role, the recruiter will contact you promptly to inform you of the news.

6.

Onboarding

Once your offer is signed, our human resources team will be in touch to get you set up and ready for your first day of work.
